Exchange/Return
- We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return or an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- We have to receive the package within 15 days of delivery.
- To start a return, please contact our team within 7 days of delivery with the following information:
- Order Number
- Delivery Address
- Specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item.
- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
- You can always contact us for any return/exchange query at +91 79822 62305 from Monday to Saturday, between 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM. We will look into the issue and respond to you within 48 working hours.
- We will not exchange/return any item that we were not notified about.
- We will not exchange/return any custom order.
- There will be only one exchange.
- There will be no return/exchange on sale items or items bought during sitewide sale.
NOTE: In cases where the Products appear to be worn or used, are missing any of the labels or tags, do not comply with our Terms and Conditions, or where we have any reason to believe that the Products are fraudulent and fail our quality, we will not be able to accept the return.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can exchange it without any delay.
Refunds
We offer a 100% refund if the returned product passes our quality check.
