Refund policy
Exchange/Return
- We only accept returns in India.
- Returns are only accepted in case of a manufacturing defect and must be requested within 7 days of delivery. We strictly do not accept requests after 7 days.
- Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Refund will only be in the form of store credit and not credited to the original payment method.
- Returns take 5–6 days to be picked, post which your store credit will be issued to your wallet.
- To start a return, please contact our team within 7 days of delivery with the following information:
- Order Number
- Delivery Address
- Specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item.
- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
- You can always contact us for any return/exchange query at +91 79822 62305 from Monday to Saturday, between 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM. We will look into the issue and respond to you within 48 working hours.
NOTE: In cases where the Products appear to be worn or used, are missing any of the labels or tags, do not comply with our Terms and Conditions, or where we have any reason to believe that the Products are fraudulent and fail our quality, we will not be able to accept the return.
Cancellations:
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.
- We offer only store credits in cases of cancellations, no refunds will be made.
Exchanges:
- We do offer exchanges.
- Exchange can be requested once per order.
- Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Customers can opt for an exchange or store credit (credit note), as applicable.
